Hot Artichoke Dip

2 cans artichoke hearts (not marinated), drained, cut up
2 oz soft cream cheese
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
1 4 oz can chopped hot chilies, drained
1 med to lg onion, chopped
2 crushed or chopped cloves garlic
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
garlic salt and pepper to taste
Chop artichokes, garlic, onions add to remaining ingredients (except cheddar cheese).
Mix together. Put in baking dish, add cheddar cheese on top.
Bake @ 350° F 20-25 minutes until bubbly around the edges.
Serve with Fritos or crackers.
I used 2 rolls of refrigerator crescent rolls, unrolled in a jelly roll sheet pan. Bake. Spread with half the dip (left over dip). Add chopped green onion on top.
