Cinnamon Crunch Bars

12 cinnamon graham crackers (double size)

2 cups chopped walnuts

1 cup butter or 1/2 c butter and 1/2 c coconut oil

1 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preheat over to 400° F.  Arrange crackers on a 10 X 15 inch jelly roll pan.

Sprinkle walnuts over crackers.

Melt butter, or butter/oil combination, cinnamon, and brown sugar in a medium pyrex bowel, boil until syrupy.  DO NOT stir at the end.  Pour over crackers.

Bake 8-10 minutes until bubbly.

Cool completely.  Break into pieces and serve.
